Our office handles all types of collection matters by the IRS and state taxing authorities. In addition to handling the immediate problems that arise from collections, such as the release or modification of bank levies and wage garnishments, we work toward a resolution of outstanding tax liabilities, whether by offer in compromise, installment agreement, tax bankruptcy, request for innocent spouse relief, request for penalty abatement or some other viable approach.
